Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. A high-energy, outgoing leader will coach team members, train staff, and help achieve store promotions and financial objectives.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, including coffee and food service areas. Must be able to work second shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience; Assistant Manager Training program to be completed before assignment.
• 2 years retail management or 2 years non-retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team’s guest service behaviors and coach staff to greet guests warmly.
• Support Store Manager in training, scheduling, and fostering an engaging environment.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales, promotions and financial objectives.
• Help maintain appearance, cleanliness, and stocked coffee/food service areas.
