Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join a high-energy leadership team. You will support the Store Manager and coach the guest services team to deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience and excellent store standards.

In this role you will train and schedule staff, drive toward sales goals, maintain store appearance and food service areas, coordinate safety and quality programs, and ensure in-stock levels. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food service experience preferred.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assignment.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus, not mandatory.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach guest service behaviors, ensuring friendly greetings and resolving issues.
• Assist Store Manager in training, scheduling, and team development.
• Help achieve operational excellence and meet sales and promotional goals.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Ensure safety programs and food service guidelines are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to changing priorities.
