Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest service, coaching the team, and ensuring store appearance and cleanliness.

Nights, weekends, and holidays required; 40 hours weekly. Responsibilities include coaching guest service behaviors, scheduling, training, driving promotions, and maintaining stock and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• Assistant Manager Training program completion preferred.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach store team on Guest Service behaviors and coach greeting guests.
• Support Store Manager with training, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Help achieve operational excellence and meet sales and promotional objectives.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stock levels across all areas.
• Oversee safety, quality control, and food service guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Store Manager.
