Job summary

Turkey Hill in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the store team and deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment.

This role covers scheduling, training, merchandising, safety, and maintaining clean, well-stocked areas including the coffee station and restrooms. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required; a valid high school diploma and 1 year of retail or food

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience; must complete Assistant Manager Training program.
• Preferred 1-2 years in retail/guest service or restaurant leadership.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Stable work history; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches guest service behaviors and ensures friendly greeting to guests.
• Supports Store Manager in staffing, training, scheduling, and engagement.
• Partners with Store Manager to meet promotions, sales objectives and controls.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of store, coffee station, food service area, bathrooms.
• Monitors product levels and rotates stock to keep 100% in stock.
• Performs duties as assigned by Store Manager; works with/without accommodations.
