Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. You will coach teammates, manage training and scheduling, and help achieve operational and financial goals while maintaining store cleanliness and product quality.

The role requires 1 year of retail or food experience, with preferred leadership exposure and a readiness to complete the Assistant Manager Training program.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or food experience required.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Training program before assigned.
• Strong leadership or 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coach store team on Guest Service behaviors to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Support the Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching, and fostering an engaging work environment.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and financial objectives.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness of coffee and food areas, and stocking levels.
• Support safety, quality control, merchandising, and stock rotation to ensure in-stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or acting supervisor.
