Responsibilities

Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor and coaching the team.
Manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Provide performance management and develop store leaders.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain store operations excellence.
Own or oversee weekly schedules for leaders and associates.
Maintain brand appearance and collaborate with Sales Leadership.
