Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Manager to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences that drive brand growth.

As a values-based leader, you’ll coach Brand Supervisors, guide selling behaviors, and ensure visual standards align with brand direction across higher-volume stores. You’ll own talent lifecycle, hiring decisions, and performance management alongside the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business.
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect brand guidance and objectives.
• Own visual execution by translating brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer’s emotional experience.
• Derive category-level insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards as applicable.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports including Victoria’s Secret Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex environments to drive performance and direction.
