Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling.
• Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, inventory control, and delivering on operational standards.
• Coach and develop leaders within the area of responsibility and oversee weekly schedules of leaders and associates.
• Lead the store's values, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and manage zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Own or oversee Floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
• Possess ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
