Qualifications

• Experience reviewing business reports to drive results.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily actions on the sales floor.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors.
• Provide coaching to Supervisors and Associates.
• Manage talent lifecycle and interview decisions with Store Manager.
• Lead in higher volume or complex environments.
