Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a store-level leader to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences and to grow top-line sales. In higher-complex stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

Reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and oversees talent, scheduling, and daily operations, while supporting brand education and shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing business reports and taking action to achieve results.
• Self-awareness with openness to feedback and development.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Proficient with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily priorities and actions.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors while protecting the customer experience.
• Analyze category performance using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Oversee talent lifecycle: interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management.
• Lead direct reports including Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Lead performance and direction in high-volume or complex environments.
