Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a store manager-level leader to deliver an exceptional customer and brand experience while driving top-line sales. You will guide Brand Supervisors and Sales Associates, ensuring product presentation and selling behaviors align with brand direction and store goals.

The role requires coaching, scheduling, and talent development across a high-volume environment, with focus on leadership and customer-centric execution.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions on the sales floor.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Provide category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Oversee sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Handle talent lifecycle including interviewing and performance management with Store Manager.
• Manage direct reports including Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• In higher volume or more complex environments, lead the performance and direction of the business.
• Develop and execute plans with store leadership to achieve results.
