Responsibilities

• Leading and demonstrating company values within the store.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences as Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Conducting associate observations and coaching.
• Understanding all associate roles to optimize team and customer outcomes.
• Linking results to behaviors and actions to drive top-line sales.
• Independently managing labor hours within the store to drive sales and profit.
• Owning appearance and presentation of the brand via visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure communication and execution of brand actions.
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.
• Additional duties including floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
