Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Oxford, OH seeks a full-time Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience during a 37-40 hour work week. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, ensuring safe operations, and enforcing alcohol/tobacco sales compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and supervises associates, conducts interviews, and provides input for performance management.
• Maintains store administration including ordering, weekly reports, and paperwork.
• Delivers The Hi Five Guest Experience, greets guests warmly, and ensures the store is ready for customers.
• Oversees DipSide items, beverages, and ice cream/yogurt service and product presentation.
• Operates POS system and gas console, handles payments and cash controls.
• Keeps shelves and display cases stocked and clean; monitors product temperatures and dates.
• Maintains store safety and security, including cash drop procedures and loss-prevention measures.
• Ensures maintenance of facilities and equipment; completes time records and reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
