Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Ohio seeks an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding service by following The Hi Five Guest Experience with guests and associates. You will supervise shifts, support daily store operations, and uphold company policies during your duty period.

The role requires legal qualification to sell alcohol/tobacco, leadership of associates, and accurate cash handling, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Schedule: 37–40 hours, 1st–3rd shift potential.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Experience managing staff and coaching for guest experience.
• Strong store operations and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train associates, including coaching and interviewing.
• Oversee store administration and weekly delivery reviews.
• Maintain the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle transactions and balance cash.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock rotation across dips and shelves.
• Complete time records and routine reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
