Responsibilities

• Supervise other associates and provide coaching for the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Handle store administration tasks and weekly paperwork.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and presentable for guests.
• Oversee stock, rotation, and merchandising of products.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
