Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Dublin, OH seeks an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service by guiding the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervising shifts.

You will manage associates, handle store administration, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a safe, friendly, and efficient operation. Prior experience in retail or service preferred; ability to work 37–40 hours weekly and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work 37–40 hours per week and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates: assign and monitor duties, coach the Hi Five Guest Experience, train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Oversee store administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers, paperwork as directed by Store Manager.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly, ensure store is ready for guests, anticipate needs, and drive guest satisfaction.
