CVS Health is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences across your district with mentors from HR and coaching store managers.

The SMIT pathway emphasizes leadership growth, with exposure to real store operations and a path to promotion contingent on performance and openings within the market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• Experience with merchandising strategies to drive sales
• Experience managing store inventory and assets for profitability

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support promotion during the program
• Support your store as part of the management team and adhere to CVS values and policies
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS's purpose of helping people on their path to better health
• Be open to promotion roles within the designated market
• Assist with day-to-day store operations to maintain profitability
