CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16‑week, self‑paced training includes virtual and hands‑on learning experiences guided by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.

You will build leadership skills, engage with leadership experiences, and position yourself for future promotion within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent college experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to support and lead the store team.
• Perform customer care duties to deliver high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
