CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced training combines virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a district leader, HRBP, and Store Manager coach.

Ideal candidates should have strong communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management skills and be willing to pursue promotion as leadership opportunities arise within the designated market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to handle customer care duties and deliver high service levels.
• Experience in applying merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets to preserve profitability.
