CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future CVS Store Managers through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training path. The role blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from district leaders, HR, and coaching Store Managers.

Participants gain exposure to merchandising, customer care, inventory management, and leadership responsibilities while preparing for promotion within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required as a baseline.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations during the SMIT program.
• Lead team and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Coordinate with district leader, HRBP, and Store Manager coach to develop into a store leader.
