CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The development path includes a self-paced, collaborative training over the span of 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on experiences to shape your leadership journey.

The SMIT group will be supported by District Leaders, HR Business Partners, a Training Store Manager, and the Store Manager coach as you progress toward management roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to support and lead your team.
• Provide high levels of customer care.
• Implement merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
• Maintain profitability through inventory and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leader during the 16-week structured program.
• Support store as part of the management team and lead per CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in line with the company’s purpose of helping people toward better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
