CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.

You will engage in leadership development, merchandising execution, and customer care to support store growth and profitability. Promotion to store manager depends on performance and market needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; college degree may be considered.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership development during the SMIT program.
• Assist with store operations, merchandising, inventory and customer service.
• Engage with leadership to align with CVS values and policies.
