CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from district leaders, HR, and mentors.

The program emphasizes leadership growth, merchandising execution, and customer service excellence, with a pathway to store management across designated markets.

Qualifications

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values and policies.
