CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced training combines virtual and hands-on experiences with mentorship from a District Leader, HR partner, and Store Manager coach.

You'll build leadership, merchandising, customer care, and inventory skills while preparing for advancement within the CVS market. This full-time program expects a commitment to growth and a path toward store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience.
• Willingness to pursue promotion to Store Manager within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a self-paced, collaborative 16-week SMIT training to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Support your leader and team as you progress through Key Learning Experiences.
• Lead merchandising, customer service, and inventory management to drive store profitability.
