Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, coach and train team members, and ensure exceptional customer service across daily duties. This role emphasizes sales leadership, policy compliance, and brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The candidate will manage scheduling, performance, and operational tasks while upholding merchandising and inventory controls to deliver a superior customer experience at our store location.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer escalations.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
