Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will support cash handling, inventory control, and merchandising while driving sales targets and a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver strong customer service.
• Strong organization and scheduling capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage cash handling and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is away.
• Lead training, goal setting, and performance follow-ups for team members.
• Ensure store policies, inventory controls, and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Drive sales strategy, KPI achievement, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, and staff development.
