Lids is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and inventory processes while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes team leadership, opti­mal store performance, and a customer-first approach, with opportunities for growth within a large national retailer.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps when the Store Manager is absent.
• Create a respectful, inclusive team environment and uphold brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including covering peaks when needed.
• Assist recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure policy compliance and safeguard store assets.
