Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, train associates, and drive top-tier customer service. You will oversee scheduling, staff development, and adherence to company standards while maintaining the store's performance and profitability.

The role emphasizes team leadership, inventory control, and delivering a positive, inclusive shopping experience across our stores nationwide.

Formación

• Must be able to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and train store personnel using LIDS Training Programs; set goals and follow up.
• Maintain scheduling, staffing, and store coverage to meet store needs.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
