Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales growth, deliver outstanding customer service, and supervise store operations. You will coach associates, maintain visual standards, and ensure a clean, professional store environment in line with policy.

Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, managing inventory and scheduling, and upholding company dress code. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and independent judgment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to drive retail sales while minimizing loss.
• Clear, professional verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn retail software and POS systems.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

• Model selling and ensure accurate, timely resolution of customer needs.
• Maintain visuals including proper merchandising, signage, cleanliness, and store readiness.

• Open and close the store per the Operations P&P Manual and maintain records consistent with policy and law.
• Support and adhere to all Lids policies, procedures, and guidelines.
