Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensure staffing.
• Provide training and evaluate performance; address gaps and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, safety expectations and conduct regular meetings.
• Open and close the store as scheduled; ensure proper staffing for shifts.
• Review sales and inventory to identify trends and control expenses.
