Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees ensuring proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Advise on pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance, safety and policies; lead meetings and events.
• Open and close the store reliably several times per week.
