Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of retail management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and counsel employees per policy.
• Ensure cash handling integrity and security procedures.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service leadership and store presentation.
• Open and close store shifts and maintain safety standards.
