The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Sales Manager in Smithfield, RI to lead a high-performing team and drive strong sales while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and operational expectations are met. You will coach staff on selling behaviors, manage POS/Self-Checkout, support omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, and promote loyalty programs to boost retention.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions and support.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
