Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership during shifts.
• Ensure accurate POS and Self-Checkout system usage and smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel efforts like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach and develop store team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maintain asset protection practices to reduce shrink and ensure safety.
