You will coach teams, schedule MOD coverage, manage POS and Self-Checkout, and support programs like BOPIS, Same Day Delivery, Balloons, and Knit & Sew Shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations with a focus on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS / Same Day Delivery).
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support in-store programs (Balloon, Knit & Sew Shop) and loyalty initiatives.
