Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to execute SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to maintain store standards.
• Drive KPI results through customer-focused coaching and daily execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery) and services like Loyalty.
