Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Store Manager in the United States (Florida) to lead all aspects of the store, deliver premium customer experiences, develop a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence. You will own sales performance, inventory control, visual merchandising, and daily operations while embodying POP MART’s creative energy and brand standards.

You will recruit, coach, and retain leaders, manage scheduling and payroll, analyze KPIs, and execute product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and a performance-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Own store financials including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Drive KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising and seasonal floor sets.
• Support events and community engagement.
