Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to drive an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and support daily store operations.

As Leader on Duty, you will coach associates, manage opening/closing procedures, handle POS transactions, and partner with leadership on inventory and visual merchandising. You will engage customers with POP MART stories, promote limited editions, and help deliver a premium brand experience across our North American stores.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, or pop culture is valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Leader on Duty to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coach sales associates and drive KPIs.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
