Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Retail Assistant Store Manager for the Florida Mall to lead operations and coach a dynamic sales team. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the store reflects POP MART’s premium brand.

The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, merchandising, and store standards. You will oversee daily duties, support onboarding and training, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business metrics.
• Ability to analyze metrics and implement action plans to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to achieve high performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Drive sales performance with KPI focus and data-driven action plans.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling and store execution.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote POP MART brand.
