POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Florida Mall location. You will lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding POP MART’s premium brand standards.

You’ll oversee operations, inventory, merchandising, and events, serving as Manager on Duty when needed. The role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and a passion for pop culture and designer toys.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and KPIs.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in pop culture and designer toys.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to maintain a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading from the sales floor and upholding POP MART’s premium brand.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs (e.g., conversion, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy).
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards, planograms, and seasonal displays; ensure inventory accuracy and back-of-house organization.
• Represent POP MART brand through events, launches, and community engagement.
