Job summary

POP MART in Dallas is seeking a Store Leader to drive premium retail experiences and lead a high-performing team. You will own store performance, talent development, visual presentation, inventory control, and daily operations.

You will inspire your team to deliver outstanding results, execute product launches, and promote POP MART’s collectibles and exclusive products with energizing brand presence and strong customer focus. This role reports to the District/Area Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and operations.
• Drive KPIs such as Sales, UPT, ATV, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and brand campaigns to create engaging shopping experiences.
• Represent POP MART in the local community and support store openings and events.
