Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead store performance, team development, and operational excellence as we expand across the country. You will own end-to-end store operations, drive sales targets, customer experience, and people leadership in alignment with POP MART’s brand standards.

The role reports to the District/Area Manager and partners with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, HR, and international teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own total store performance, including sales targets, KPIs and profitability.
• Lead product launches, merchandising strategies, and in-store marketing.
• Coach, develop, and manage supervisors and associates to achieve goals.
