Job summary

POP MART in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will oversee opening/closing, manage a Brand Associates team, and ensure a premier in-store experience. You will report to the Store Manager and optimize operations daily.

You will drive sales of blind boxes, MEGA and accessories, participate in marketing events, and maintain visuals per directives. This role requires detail orientation, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a passion for POP MART's IP.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Experience using store data to improve KPIs.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Associates and set expectations.
• Act as manager on duty delivering results.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Drive sales and meet KPI like conversion and AOV.
• Support marketing events and store openings.
