Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Sales Lead in the United States to guide daily store operations and deliver premium customer experiences. You will act as Leader on Duty in managers' absence, motivate associates, and ensure sales goals are met while upholding POP MART’s brand standards.

You will also oversee inventory, merchandising, and events to maximize store performance and customer engagement. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for pop culture and designer toys.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Comfort with data to improve store performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and lead by example.
• Coach sales associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV).
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and POS activities.
• Support visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and stock replenishment.
