Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for the Florida Mall to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage daily operations, and implement POP MART’s brand standards, events, and promotions while ensuring inventory accuracy and store presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to achieve KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
