Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a team, manage store KPIs, and ensure top-tier brand standards. This role reports to the Area Manager and requires a passion for designer toys and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience with a high SKU count, proven people leadership, and the ability to collaborate with international partners. A fast-paced environment and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail store manager experience with a high SKU volume.
• Experience managing more than 10 retail employees.
• Experience working with international partners; multilingual skills a plus.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supervisors and Brand Associates, setting expectations, goals, and developing talent.
• Oversee total store operations, 4-wall ownership, brand standards, and customer/employee experience.
• Execute visual merchandising and marketing directives; set up planograms and marketing fixtures.
• Support in-store events, pop-up events, conventions, and new store openings.
• Support RoboShop business with in-store coordination as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel may be required for international team meetings.
