POP MART in the United States is seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and support daily store operations. You will serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, coaching associates to meet sales goals and delivering POP MART's premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing the stories behind POP MART's artists, characters, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and exclusive collaborations.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and team members alike.
• Support in-store events, collector experiences, pop-up activations, conventions, new store openings, and other brand initiatives.
