Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager to lead store performance and a team, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving profitability. You will coach staff on systems, policies, compliance, and daily performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of supervisory/leadership experience in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
• Background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members to build new business and maintain store profitability.
• Manage store performance by meeting/exceeding KPIs and training on performance reports.
• Lead team to meet sales goals by promoting loan or pawn products, marketing, referrals, and events.
• Supervise cash handling, loss prevention, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state laws.
• Maintain a professional store atmosphere and proper planograms for promotions.
• Use personal vehicle for bank deposits and company business.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including some weekend hours.
