Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a General Manager to lead store performance, coach team members, and drive profitability. You will manage operations, ensure compliance, and implement local marketing strategies while delivering a white-glove customer experience.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in retail/financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of supervisory/leadership experience in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and develop all store team members to build new business and maintain store profitability.
• Manage store performance by meeting/exceeding KPIs and analyzing performance reports.
• Lead sales goals by offering loan/pawn products, local marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community events.
• Supervise cash handling, security, and loss prevention; document cash variance, deposits, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain a visually professional store with planograms and promotional materials.
• Use personal vehicle for bank deposits and company business.
• Maintain full-time in-person schedule, including some weekend hours; 40 hours/week baseline.
