Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an in-store General Manager to lead store performance and coach the team toward strong KPIs. You will drive sales, manage risk, and ensure compliant operations while fostering a customer-first, high-service environment.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory retail or financial experience, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. This is an in-person, full-time role with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role in retail/financial/customer service.
• Strong communication and operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday use.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in some locations).
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store team development and training on policies, compliance, and account management.
• Manage store performance to meet KPIs and analyze performance reports.
• Drive sales by promoting loan/pawn products and local marketing strategies.
• Ensure security, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain compliant in-store operations and physical store presentation.
• Utilize personal vehicle for bank deposits and Company business.
